聖神的七恩 

Gifts of the Spirit

(依撒意亞書 11:2)

上智：有正確的價值順序；把天主國的事放在世間萬事之前。

聰敏：理解信仰的真理。

超見：明智判斷事理及做正確選擇的能力。

剛毅：有毅力去堅持正確的選擇。

明達：有能力辨別良善與邪惡。

孝愛：出於愛而敬拜天主。

敬畏天主：渴望由於愛而取悅天主。

讓我們把聖神當做是贈送恩賜的贈送者。祂不斷的把恩賜送給每一個人，就像源源不斷的光亮。但是，有時候我們會把障礙放在我們和聖神之間；像一堵牆一樣，阻擋我們接受聖神所贈送的恩賜。

假如我們能夠除去擋在我們與聖神之間的障礙，我們就能夠開始在聖神內結出聖神的果實。

聖神的果實 (迦拉達書 5:22-23) ：仁愛、喜樂、平安、忍耐、容忍、良善、厚道、溫和、忠信、端莊、節制、貞潔。


Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 11:2)Wisdom:


Having the proper order of values; putting the things of heaven over the things of earth.

Understanding: Grasping the truths of our faith.

Counsel: Ability to judge wisely and make the right decisions.

Fortitude: Strength to follow through the right decisions.

Knowledge: Ability to discern between good and evil.

Piety: Worship of God out of love.

Fear of the Lord: Having the desire to please God out of love.

Think of the Holy Spirit as the Giver of Gifts. He continuously gives his gifts to all people like a steady stream of light. But sometimes we put obstacles between ourselves and the Holy Spirit, like a wall which prevents us from receiving the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

If we are able to remove the obstacles that we put up between us and the Holy Spirit, we begin to bear the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

Fruits of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) : Charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, generosity, gentleness, faithfulness, modesty, self-control and chastity.
